Is a deposit required to secure my booking?Yes, to confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your trip and can be paid directly to the captain.

What is your cancellation policy?For All Bookings: - Guests can cancel their booking free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip. - If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the trip, the deposit will be non-refundable. - In case of a no-show or cancellation within the last 24 hours before the trip, the full deposit will be retained. - Rescheduling within 24 hours of the trip will incur a rescheduling fee. Rescheduling requests made earlier than 24 hours before the trip are free of charge, subject to availability.
