General Terms & Conditions
1. General Information
BlueMarlin Fishing Tenerife provides fishing charters and related services. By booking a charter with us, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These conditions apply to all bookings made through our website, email, phone, or in person.
2. Booking and Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total charter cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid directly to the captain before the trip begins. Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
3. Cancellation Policy
For All Bookings:
- Guests can cancel their booking free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip.
- If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the trip, the deposit will be non-refundable.
- In case of a no-show or cancellation within the last 24 hours before the trip, the full deposit will be retained.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours of the trip will incur a rescheduling fee. Rescheduling requests made earlier than 24 hours before the trip are free of charge, subject to availability.
4. Weather Conditions
Fishing trips are weather-dependent. If the captain decides that the weather conditions are unsafe, the trip will be rescheduled or refunded in full.

6. Liability
BlueMarlin Fishing Tenerife assumes no responsibility for personal injuries, accidents, or lost belongings during the trip. All guests are required to follow the captain’s and crew’s instructions at all times for their own safety.
7. Fishing Licenses
All guests participating in fishing will be provided with the necessary fishing licenses, which are included in the charter price.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
BlueMarlin Fishing Tenerife reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective once published on the website.
